Born on August 11, 1995, in Rohtak, Haryana, Amit Saini Rohtakiya had a deep connection with music from an early age. Even as a child, he was drawn to rhythms and melodies, often humming tunes in his spare time. But like many self-made artists, his path was never easy.
Amit’s family faced financial hardships, making it difficult for him to pursue his passion for music. To support himself, he took up a humble job of selling water tankers in the mornings while dedicating his nights to music.
Despite the hardships, his dedication never wavered. He kept writing songs, experimenting with melodies, and dreaming big.
Amit’s first breakthrough came when Masoom Sharma sang Alto, a song penned by Amit himself. The song became an instant hit, making people take notice of his unique style and talent
This success gave him the confidence to step into singing and composing full-time.
After Alto, Amit Saini Rohtakiya began releasing his own tracks. Songs like ‘Khalnayak, Yo Rohtak Se, Yo Rohtak Hai 2, Oyo Aala Kamra, Saini Kon Kahvega’ became local anthems, making him one of the most sought-after artists in Haryana.
His music, deeply rooted in Haryanvi culture, resonated with the masses, and his YouTube channel quickly gained millions of subscribers.
Success never comes without struggles. In 2021, Amit faced serious health issues related to his liver, caused by lifestyle and dietary habits. The news shook his fans, but Amit fought through, bouncing back with even greater determination.
However, life dealt him a heartbreaking blow in March 2024 when he lost his 9-year-old son, Mannat, in a tragic road accident. The incident was devastating, yet Amit showed immense strength, choosing to honor his son’s memory through his music.
Today, Amit Saini Rohtakiya is more than just a singer; he is an icon of resilience. His music continues to break records, and his influence in the Haryanvi music industry is undeniable. With millions of followers and an ever-growing fanbase, Amit is on a mission to take Haryanvi music to new heights.
